Welcome to the Delta Lambda chapter of Phi Mu at the University of Evansville! I hope that this website will give you a glimpse of our chapter and what it means to a sister in Phi Mu.
Phi Mu Fraternity for Women was founded in 1852 at Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia. It began as a literary society and is the second oldest secret society for women. Phi Mu remains a respected and recognized organization across the nation with more than 250,000 collegiate and alumnae members. Phi Mu’s creed and our values of “Love, Honor, and Truth,” represent the ideals of the fraternity.
Being a member of Phi Mu has forever changed my life for the better. It has helped me grow into the woman I am today: a more outgoing, passionate, and confident leader. Phi Mu has given me many opportunities for leadership, service, and growth. I have found friendships within this chapter that I know will last long after my college years.  All the women in this chapter are fun, caring, and compassionate. I am so honored to serve such wonderful women as the President of Phi Mu at UE.
Thank you for visiting the website to learn more about our chapter. Please feel free to look around and see all of the activities that we are involved in on campus and within the community.  I hope that my sisters and I get the chance to meet you during your time at UE!
